SCHEDULE

Our latest schedule update sees the addition of a full week of lunchtime classes 12.30-13.30pm. As things proceed look out for phase  4, where we’ll be adding additional morning classes every week day. Open gym is available between classes throughout day with an afternoon of open practice every Saturday until close. If you have any questions about our evolving programme, then please get in touch.

SCHEDULE

Check out phase 2 of our recovery schedule below. This will be active from the 5th July as we add more classes to the programme. We have re-configured our Saturdays to help optimise your training and added classes 19:00 – 20:00 Monday to Thursday. 

As things proceed look out for phase 3 and 4, where we’ll be adding lunchtime classes throughout the week and additional morning classes will be added back into our schedule.
