SCHEDULE

Keeping our students safe and ensuring the studio remains open is our number one priority. We will be offering a guided open gym service to our members twice a day on weekdays [07:30-08:30 and 17:45-18:45] and all morning on Saturday [09:00-13:00]. There will be an expert in the chosen topic on hand to get you back into training and ensure that you are practicing in a safe and controlled environment.

The guided open sessions are included in all membership and class packs and are bookable through the booking dashboard found on your profile. Please note that these guided open sessions will have a maximum of 8 students and 1 coach per 800 sq.ft, ensuring social distancing can be maintained.

Standard open gym and 1-2-1 training will take place throughout the rest of the day with an afternoon of open practice every Saturday until close. If you have any questions about our recovery programme, then please get in touch.

The studio will be closed on the 3rd May for Bank Holiday Monday, See you on Tuesday.
