Headed up by Shannon Nichols MSc, Rebalance aims to change the way we think about injury prevention and management by not only assessing and treating the issue(s), but also paying close attention to realign and integrate the affected area(s) back into the system as one in order to achieve physical balance. Rebalance delivers your clinical assessment, treatment plan and recovery programme all in one place and seeks to optimise your biomechanics.

Lift’s unique approach will help you achieve a base level of physical preparedness that will grant you the physical freedom to achieve everything you set your mind to, with the knowledge your body wont let you down.

Shannon is fascinated by the intricacies of the human body and movement; in particular how such small and specific adjustments can entirely transform how a movement feels to the performer.  After completing her Sports Science degree, Shannon moved into personal training and teaching Reformer Pilates. Her pilates training along with poorly managed gymnastics injuries inspired her to complete a masters degree in Sports Therapy. With a shared vision to transform the way we think about injury prevention and management, Shannon joins the team to lead Rebalance and transform lives.
