Rebalance aims to change the way we think about common pain/discomfort. Our goal is simple: to help you achieve a base level of physical preparedness that will grant you the freedom to achieve anything you set your mind to. Pain and injury have been experienced by all of us in some form, but chronic pain and constant injury signal the body is compromised. At Lift, we want to help you understand pain and lead you on the path to physical empowerment and freedom, whether this is on the rings at Lift, running a marathon or simply kicking a ball around with your kids.
Our unique approach to injury and programming will help you restore your physical balance and allow you to walk away with a deeper understanding of WHY you are experiencing pain and discomfort. It will educate you on the responsible mechanisms and patterns and set out a clear pathway to a pain-free life inside and outside the studio.REBALANCE WILL:
- Identify the cause(s) of pain
- Assess postural imbalance
- Provide a clear treatment pathway
- Alleviate pain and discomfort
- Help you to move and feel better everyday
THE SESSION
A Rebalance session is 75 minutes long with a 30 mins follow up call to discuss the findings and next steps. The session itself is a clinical assessment followed by the assignment of daily non-negotiable exercises, specific to you and your needs.
