The Press Handstand is one of the great displays of balance between mobility and strength. The skill requires efficient shoulders, strong hips and excellent compression. When it comes to the hips and shoulders, many will find that they are more proficient in either one or the other. It is key when developing the press that the areas you need to focus on are highlighted early so that your training can be structured in the most effective way for you. Our classes will help you to understand where you’re at and help you find the best approach for you in order to unlock a smooth press to handstand.
This class is progress and regress-able and suitable for all levels. If you need to go a little further with your handstand conditioning before taking on the press then we recommend our Handstand class.
