LIFT X WAY OF THE ROPE

After the success of our first event we have learnt how to better manage the space and add value to your experience. The structure in all classes will mean more contact time with Timothy and more space to play and explore. We have now limited the numbers to 16 (2 groups) in our beginners course and 12 (1 group) in our intermediate course and have split the day into 3 90 min sessions with the option to add a further sessions should we sell out.

The day will start with the beginners course (This includes the rope and the intermediate online material as part of the package). An intermediate session will take place in the middle of the day followed by our new ‘Intermediate PLUS’ class to finish.

PLEASE NOTE:  For the Intermediate class you should have a basic understanding of the Dragon Roll and for The Intermediate PLUS you must have an understanding and be able to perform the sneak.

WHAT CAN THE ROPE DO FOR YOU?

The rope contains within it the foundational patterns of ALL athletics human movements: Running, hitting, throwing, punching, swimming, jumping.

Roll the rope and you get the chance to accumulate 100s and 1000s of reps of these patterns in a very short space of time, making them smoother and more efficient. Even without thinking it can make the least co-ordinated of humans move with more grace.

The rope does this by completing the circuit out of one hand and back in the other so you have no choice but to move in a connected manner as one unit or the rope will hit you, and you will learn quickly how to move smooth.
