HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?:
When you sign up to Lift you will have created an account. This gives you access to your dashboard where you can make and manage your bookings as well as purchase more classes and memberships through the links in the Nav. To book click “book class” on your chosen day and time. Your booking will now appear in your dashboard under “My bookings”.
MY CLASSES AREN’T APPEARING ON MY ACCOUNT:
Please be mindful that due to security checks there is a minor lag between making your purchase and your bank approving the transaction. If sessions do not appear on your account after your purchase, simply wait 30s and hit refresh. If the issues still persists please email email@example.com.
Sessions can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the event. This allow us to effectively plan classes around numbers and ensure you receive the highest standard of service.
Please aim to arrive at Lift 15 minutes before your scheduled session to get ready and begin your personal warm ups. If you are going to miss the start of the session, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Late arrivals will be let into the session at the Coach’s discretion.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your normal training kit. There are no shoes allowed on the gym floor with the exception of Feiyues or similar training specific footwear. Please be mindful of personal hygiene. If you have any viral or fungal infections please keep your socks on and respect other members.
ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME?:
As we grow some of our classes will be split into levels in order to allow our members to further their development at Lift. If you are unsure on whether you are capable of taking part in classes such as Muscle Ups and Levers, please click on the ‘i’ symbol where you can find more information on the foundations required to take part. Our classes are designed to cater for all levels, however finding the best fit for you will streamline your progress and help you get more out of your experience.
